Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains payment, cancellation, and refund handling for PrivateHost.AI subscriptions.

1. Subscription billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis for each active paid agent unless stated otherwise at checkout.
2. Trial and conversion
A free trial may be offered. After the first successful paid subscription charge, downgrading that subscription back to a free tier is not available.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel renewal at any time through the dashboard cancellation flow. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable once billed. If you believe there was an error, contact us and we will review in good faith.
5. BYOK provider charges
We do not refund or cover costs charged by third-party AI providers for token or credit usage. Those charges are solely between you and the provider under your own provider agreement.
6. Account removal requests
To request account removal, email [email protected]. We may keep limited data needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.
